FAQs
What is the height of the couch?
When fully expanded, the total height is 63cm/24.8″ —measured from the bottom to the top of the backrest— which places the couch in the low-profile category. As for the seat height, the couch measures
38cm/15″ —the distance from the bottom to the seating surface. The classic low-profile design helps create an open and spacious look, making smaller spaces feel more airy and inviting.
What is SmartFoam?
We developed a high-quality foam that makes super efficient packaging possible. Each piece is a single piece of foam wrapped in OEKO-TEX spill proof performance weave.
How much is shipping?
We ship to you for free. We are passing the savings from our logistics innovation to you.
How does assembly work?
We use a high-grade YKK zipper that connects the modular pieces in seconds. YKK stands for: Yoshida Kōgyō Kabushikigaisha. It is the world's leading zipper brand headquartered in Japan.
How does the 100 day trial work?
Love it or return it within 100 days for a $99 flat fee. Just keep it in original condition, protect it, and we’ll handle the rest, including return labels and a full refund once it's processed.
How do I clean the sofa?
M1's Performance Weave repels liquid. If a spill occurs, quickly soak up the spill with an absorbent towel. If marks remain, dampen a cloth with warm water and gently dab away stains.
How much weight can it support?
It is impossible to break your sofa with weight thanks to Rove Lab SmartFoam technology. It took a 10 ton press to condense your sofa down into its revolutionary packaging.
What is covered by the warranty?
From our Performance Weave fabric to the game-changing Smart Foam, every component of your sofa is protected from wear and tear under our warranty. While the fabric is treated to help you clean up spills, the warranty does not cover spills and stains. See our lifetime warranty.

Beautiful, comfortable & love the low profile look
Took less than 5 minutes to set up and integrated perfectly with my current M1 pieces. The material is premium, soft and comfortable. Also, what really sets Rove Lab apart isn't just the sofa, it is their amazing service and support, very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend!
Love how this just comes to your door, easy to unpack and then you just wait for it to expand. I originally bought the sofa and I keep adding pieces to it, making it bigger and more of a theater space in my basement. The best part is, if I ever have to move it, no more clunky furniture trying to get it up a set of stairs - just unzip and carry each piece one by one. Brilliant!
Love all of our Rove pieces. Bought the couch with ottoman first then another ottoma and armless chair for our retreat down at the waterfront at our house. Cosy spot to curl up with a book out of the sun or wind, listen to the waves, have a nap. So glad I clicked on the link to find out more. Comfortable, easy to zip together, in fact we love it so much we just bought a sofa bed for our condo.
The most gorgeous color and the best comfort sofa! This krypton color Rove lab M1 sectional sofa was the last and most beautiful addition to my soft pastel colored vision for my apartment’s living room! I had some friends stay over in June and the sofa turned into a comfortable guest bed inspiring them to inquire more on the brand. This sofa has elevated my living space to another level! So grateful, I will always recommend Rove Lab! 💚
Love the lithium lavender colored armless chair ! I got not just one but two in reality !!
Good product^^
The middle piece I ordered to extend my modular couch was the wrong colour twice after ordering the same colour (helium cloud) online. See in photos the difference in white. I bought this piece about a year after purchasing the love seat & ottoman. The fabric feels slightly different and it didn’t expand to the full height of my already owned couch. Rove was excellent to communicate with and receptive to my issue, so they sent a new modular M1 and after I unboxed it and let it rise with adequate time, the replacement is also not the same white (helium cloud) and also did not expand to the same height my original couch did. I’m thinking they changed manufacturer or something, but I’m very sad because I love this couch, it’s comfy and stylish but I just wish the other modular piece I was trying to add matched the colour / height.
Extremely comfortable and a great addition under our pavillion
Easy to set up. flawless. fits perfectly in my space. plan to buy more so i can zip them together and create a fun U shape. love that they zip together and that I could choose different colours. make my space look fab and cozy. i use this little room now and I didn't before. It was wasted space before and now its not!
Was amazing with how fast they delivered and well packed. When we did order it, and it came… I thought it was too casual for my semi formal area… but I ended up setting it well with my decor and some new pillows that it fits perfectly with my setting now. I’m very pleased
Excellent service and such a comfortable couch! So happy with my purchase!
Amazing quality! Perfect for our space!
I gave a 3 stars for 2 reasons. The armless chair is lower than the corner seat and the love seat so it doesn’t fit perfectly. I find the back of the coach too low. It’s not comfortable to rest your back.
We added this to our M1 sofa sectional, and we couldn't be happier. It was a great purchase and so easy to set up! We're already thinking about getting the corner seat soon.
Great addition to my new home. The dog loves it.
I'm happy with the coach so firm and comfortable, I spent my time sitting on my coach and sometimes I sleep at night until morning on my coach
Shipping was a little slow, but understand because of back order. The quality is A1 and very comfortable. Will definitely buy more.
We have a small stairwell going into the basement. This sectional came in multiple boxes and it was so easy to set up. They’re very comfortable and firm and I think they’re super modern and sophisticated. Highly recommend!
After I purchased the armless chair I added two ottomans. It’s very comfortable, cozy and inviting.
We love our new couch! It is surprisingly firm and comfortable. Definitely needed the extra pillows we ordered as headrests due to the low back, but the pillows work great. The low profile works really well in our basement as the ceiling is fairly low. It really accentuates the cozy atmosphere we were going for.
I had to wait for these 2 beauties to arrive! but worth the wait and look so sophisticated in my art gallery’♥️
WE love this sectional, it is really a great quality and price, I really like how it all zips together. Customer service is also VERY good, we had one piece with a broken zipper and they got another one shipped out to us quickly.
I recently invested in a set of Rove Lab couches, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! From the moment they arrived, I was impressed by the incredible comfort. The cushions are plush and supportive, making them the perfect spot to relax after a long day. I find myself sinking in and never wanting to leave! Beyond the comfort, I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight and easy to move around these couches are. Rearranging my living space used to be a dreaded chore, but now it's a breeze. This is especially handy for cleaning underneath or when I want to switch up the layout. While the couches themselves are fantastic, the lifetime warranty offered by Rove Lab was a significant factor that ultimately sold me on this purchase. Knowing that my investment is protected for the long haul provides incredible peace of mind. I also decided to purchase the additional ottomans and an extra chair separately, and this has proven to be an absolute stroke of genius. Not only do the ottomans provide extra footrests or seating, but when combined with the couches and the chair, they easily transform into a comfortable and spacious bed for overnight guests. This feature alone has been a lifesaver when having company stay over, eliminating the need for an extra mattress or cumbersome pull-out sofa. It's worth noting that the ottomans and extra chair were separate purchases, but the added versatility they bring is well worth the investment. Overall, I highly recommend Rove Lab couches. They offer a fantastic combination of comfort, practicality, clever design, and the invaluable reassurance of a lifetime warranty. If you're looking for stylish and adaptable seating that can effortlessly accommodate guests and is built to last, look no further! These couches and their optional extras have truly elevated my living space and made hosting a joy.
I love my new couch! The experience is quite fascinating as you unbox the pieces. Very comfortable
Purchased the 3 seat sofa from someone on Facebook marketplace, but wanted to extend the size of the sofa to fit out larger den space, so ordered the armless individual seat. The sofa puffed up to full size in about 24 hours and easily zipped right on to the existing 3 seat sofa. It’s extremely comfortable and already had Thanksgiving guests napping on it. The memory foam gives the comfort of a great mattress and is super sturdy. Love it!
Great
quick delivery and it all looks great
No quality control. Every product I bought is a different resting height and firmness.
Great customer service, a company that stands behind their product!

Colour paler than I expected but very happy with the Rove sofa
The sofa is amazing, its so comfortable
Couch was nice but just too deep for me being on the shorter side.
Love it. The modular concept, really works well and great for lounging and relaxing
