Does the stool change form over time?

Materials naturally wear over time, but Rove Lab's products are designed for long-term durability. Our lifetime warranty ensures you can receive a replacement stool anytime under the warranty terms.

How does assembly work?

The Solaris Outdoor Stool arrives in compact, easy-to-handle packaging and features a simple, tool-free assembly. Setup takes just a few minutes—simply unpack and it's ready to use. No tools required.

How do I clean the stool?

Solar Weave Fabric™ naturally repels liquids and dries quickly. For marks, simply use warm water and gently dab with a clean cloth. Solar Weave is also bleach-cleanable. The fabric is engineered to handle everyday outdoor messes, from sunscreen and snacks to wet paws.

Please be caution when using bleach solutions, as other fabrics on the product may not be bleach-friendly. Avoid staining other fabrics, textures, or materials around the furniture.

Can the covers be removed and washed?

Yes, covers are removable and washable. However, frequent washing may reduce water resistance and UV protection over time, so wash only when necessary.

Does the stool resist rain and spills?

No. The Solaris Outdoor Sling Chair features Solar Weave™, a UV-resistant, fade-resistant fabric designed to keep colors vibrant over time.

What is covered by the warranty?

The Rove Lab warranty covers everything. Rove Lab offer a 3-year warranty with free replacement coverage for eligible products.

For SmartFoam™ products beyond the initial 3-year warranty period, customers may still qualify for a replacement by covering only 50% of the current retail value.
