FAQ
Is the faux leather sofa spill-proof?
Yes. Faux Leather SoftTouch™ is designed for everyday living. It resists everyday spills and features an easy-to-clean surface. For best results, wipe up spills immediately with a soft cloth or paper towel.
How long does it take for my sofa to fully expand?
Your Faux Leather SoftTouch™ sofa begins expanding within minutes of unboxing and is ready for light use after 24 hours. Because it is compressed for shipping, the vegan leather may show temporary creases or wrinkles as it settles. Allow up to 15 days for the upholstery to fully relax and the sofa to reach its final shape. To help remove wrinkles, gently steam the upholstery with a garment steamer.
Does the faux leather couch contain harmful chemicals?
No. Our fabrics are tested for harmful substances and certified by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, making them safe for everyday use. Our Faux Leather SoftTouch™ is also PFAS-free. Its spill-resistant finish uses a fluorine-based waterproofing technology that has been independently tested and certified for safety.
How does a couch in a box work?
The couch-in-a-box experience transforms a full modular sofa into compact, vacuum-packed boxes designed to fit through elevators, narrow doorways, tight hallways, and smaller spaces with ease. Once unpacked, the modules naturally expands into its full shape — no complicated setup or tools required. Simply connect the modules and enjoy flexible comfort in any space.
Is the faux leather couch pet-friendly?
Yes. Faux Leather SoftTouch™ is designed for everyday living, including homes with pets. Its premium performance construction helps resist stains, everyday wear, and scratches, while the durable surface makes it easy to clean and maintain.
How do I clean a faux leather couch?
Faux leather is simple to clean. For everyday spills or marks, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials to help preserve the finish and keep your sofa looking its best.
